Who lives here?

Our tenants come from all walks of life — workers, tradespeople, students, and retirees alike. We evaluate every application on the same basis: ability to pay rent, willingness to follow house rules, and respectful use of shared spaces. As required under Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Residential Tenancies Act, no person shall be denied tenancy on the basis of race, colour, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, family status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by the Human Rights Act.
